Factory Overview – Suzhou Quanhua Biomaterial Co., Ltd.

In May 2025, Suzhou Quanhua Biomaterial Co., Ltd. successfully relocated to a 27,000 m² modern production site, which is twice the size of our previous factory, featuring expanded production capacity and upgraded facilities.

Our factory is equipped with advanced production facilities, including:

• 2 granulation lines for raw material processing

• 1 in-house mold workshop for tooling development and new mold manufacturing

• 55 injection molding machines, producing a comprehensive range of eco-friendly cutlery such as knives, forks, spoons, sporks, and more, with a monthly production capacity of 90–100 × 40HQ containers

• 25 automatic packaging lines, supporting various customized solutions, including individual packs, 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 sets, with or without napkins

• 2 film blowing machines and 1 film printing machine (up to 4-color printing). The biodegradable wrapper film is produced in-house, and wrapper bags can be printed according to your artwork

• 1 film slitting machine and 1 pouch-making machine

• 2 straw extrusion lines, producing straws with diameters from 3–13 mm and customized lengths

Newly added bamboo cutlery production equipment, further expanding our sustainable product portfolio

In addition, our experienced carton and packaging design team provides tailored packaging solutions to meet the specific requirements of different markets.

We implement strict quality control at every stage of production, and all packaging lines follow standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
Our factory is also equipped with an in-house testing laboratory to monitor both raw material quality and finished product quality, including density tests, strength tests, and other necessary inspections.

With a larger facility, advanced equipment, and a strong technical team, Quanhua offers one-stop services covering product design, tooling, production, packaging, shipment, and after-sales support.
