One day, a customer asked us an important question: How can you prove that your CPLA cutlery is heat resistant up to 80°C?
At first, we demonstrated the performance through a simple internal test. We placed our CPLA cutlery in hot water and observed its condition after exposure. The cutlery maintained its shape and strength without any deformation. To show the result clearly, we recorded a video of the test and shared it with our customer.
After watching the video, the customer replied: "Yes, I see the result, but do you have any official testing report?"
This was a very reasonable request. Many customers require third-party verification to ensure product performance and reliability. Therefore, we decided to conduct a professional laboratory test through TÜV, a globally recognized testing and certification organization.
For the test, we intentionally selected products from our lightweight CPLA cutlery series. As many customers know, lightweight products generally have slightly lower strength compared with our heavy-duty CPLA series. By choosing the lightweight version for testing, we wanted to demonstrate the real performance and reliability of our products even under more demanding conditions.
During the test, the sample cutlery was completely immersed in a warm water bath at (80 ± 2)°C for 1 hour. After the test period, the cutlery was examined carefully. The result showed no damage, deformation, or structural failure.
This third-party testing report provides clear scientific evidence that our CPLA cutlery can withstand temperatures up to 80°C, making it suitable for hot food applications such as soups, noodles, and takeaway meals.
Quality verification through professional testing is an important step in building customer trust. By combining real-use demonstrations with certified laboratory testing, we ensure that our customers receive reliable and high-quality sustainable cutlery solutions.
