The Quanhua SY-02-KN PSM Knife is made from Plant Starch Material (PSM), a blend of 60% environmentally friendly polymer resources and 40% polypropylene, providing an effective balance of sustainability, strength, and durability.
Designed for reliable performance, the SY-02-KN features a sturdy construction and excellent heat resistance, making it suitable for serving a variety of hot and cold foods. Its strong cutting edge is ideal for meats, steaks, fruits, vegetables, and other meals commonly served in restaurants, takeout services, and catering applications.
The knife is water and oil resistant, BPA-free, non-toxic, and food-contact safe, providing a hygienic and convenient dining experience. By incorporating environmentally friendly polymer materials, PSM cutlery reduces the amount of conventional plastic used compared to traditional plastic cutlery.
Suitable for restaurants, food delivery, catering, picnics, parties, and other food service environments, the SY-02-KN offers dependable performance for everyday disposable tableware needs.
