Quanhua’s SY-16KN is made of crystallized poly lactic acid, which is short as CPLA material. It is made of corn starch and Talc. The Talc does not only give the knives a white colour, but also ensures a heat-resistance up to 80 degrees.

You can easily cut fruits, steaks, baked meat and the whatever ready-to-eat food with this item SY-16KN. It is one of the hot-selling item for years in Euro-American market. Material Properties

PLA (Poly-Lactic Acid) is made of corn or plant starch extract.

While CPLA is created for higher heat use products since PLA has a low melt point with heat resistance only up to 40ºC or 105ºF.
